Our Office
Central Penn Realty Services was founded in 2013. The company offers flexibility and accommodations to real estate agents for listing and selling residential property on a part time basis.
Our real estate agents are all licensed real estate salespersons in the state of Pennsylvania and members of the National Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®.
We offer real estate solutions to all of Central Pennsylvania with the majority of our business conducted in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties.

FOR AGENTS
We offer our agents the following benefits:
- A 60/40 commission split with no office fees
- A professional environment with Receptionist on duty Monday through Friday

- A shared workspace in the office with shared computer system

- Our agents are responsible for their MLS fees, GHAR dues, and continuing education.
